How much that you charge for a single session?

Our pricing starts from 6,000,000 IDR / 400 USD. The key measurements to determine the price are the time spent on the project and the number of photos that will be handed in.

What is the payment term?

We usually do 50% to book the schedule, 30% after the photo session, and 20% before we send out the final images.

Do you only do your service in Surabaya & Jakarta / Indonesia?

Nope, we’ve been abroad and would like to travel throughout Indonesia and beyond to provide our service.

How’s your accommodation arrangements?

We do not charge accommodation fees for projects in Surabaya or Jakarta. However, for locations outside of these two cities, all accommodation expenses will be fully provided by the client.

What do I need to know if I want to involve you in my project?

We highly recommend getting the building or the room done and cleaned up before the photo session starts. So then it would be less time-consuming for both of us.

What if it rains? whats your policy on reschedule?

We provide client with optional Weather Hold Fee Package.

1. The Weather Hold Fee is set at IDR 1,250,000 and may be paid in advance (optional, subject to the client’s request).

2. The Photographer will provide an initial confirmation of the schedule two (2) weeks prior to the shooting date,
   After that both parties may reconfirm 24 hours prior to the scheduled date whether the session will proceed as planned. If the session is rescheduled, it will be free of charge.

3. If a cancellation occurs for reasons other than weather, or within less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date, the payment is non-refundable but it allows the client to perform reschedule.

4. In the event of a first, second or third reschedule, the client will not be subject to any additional fees or charges.

5. If the session proceeds as originally scheduled and no weather-related issues occur, the Weather Hold Fee will be fully refunded.

6. If the photoshoot proceeds on the scheduled date and rain occurs during the session, the client is entitled to request a reschedule for weather-dependent shots (e.g., façade, drone shots, etc.).
